How Often Should I Do The Montana Method? 

When people ask me this question, I tell them that results are as simple as just one word: consistency.

It’s a word we often hear, and most likely roll our eyes at some times. But as simple as it sounds, staying consistent can be challenging. There is a reason why consistency in life is so important. It’s the best way to get what we want. Results. 

And consistency doesn’t only have to do with fitness. Whether it’s having a morning routine to try to get yourself centered and prepared for the day, or a weekly date night with your significant other to support a healthy relationship, consistency is key!

The Power of Consistency

The Montana Method is just that: a method. It’s a system, a plan. It’s a complete full-body workout designed to be done…drumroll please…consistently to deliver results! 

To get the results you’re looking for, utilize The Montana Method at least four times a week. Our group fitness classes in Delray Beach are designed to work every muscle, elevate your heart rate, improve your balance, and strengthen your body.

Before it became the best Delray fitness class, it was first developed in my garage. This workout is a lively, music-driven class that features a brief dance warmup, then sculpts every muscle using elements of Pilates, barre, and yoga. The use of light arm and ankle weights are optional. Consistency will lead to positive results in your fitness, balance, strength, and best of all, your mood!

The Importance of Switching Up Your Fitness Routine

If you want to switch up your fitness routine, we’ve got you. The Montana Method offers a variety of class formats—an important part of why we consider ourselves the best Delray fitness class. Having variety is important for staying engaged in your fitness journey and helps you stay consistent as well.

For instance, I created The Mashup which is one of our group fitness classes in Delray Beach that is designed around a chair. We use the chair for level changes, barre-style exercises, and more.

You can also try our Tramp & Tone class for a fantastic cardio boost. Our trampoline classes also include intervals of strength training and abdominal exercises.

We also offer a Pilates Mat class that is laser-focused on carving your core, the body’s powerhouse.

Or try our Yoga class to lengthen and strengthen every part of your body.

Most importantly, whichever Montana Method class you choose, it’s essential to show up, and ultimately show up for yourself! 

How To Stay Consistent With The Montana Method Workouts?

We understand that everyone’s schedule and fitness level is different, but here are a few ideas to get the most out of The Montana Method:

  • The Montana Method is a complete full-body workout. All you need is a mat! You can add weights, or a chair for the Mashup, but the workout alone is designed to be all you need anytime, anywhere. 

  • The beauty of MM Live is that whether you’re a livestream client or studio client, the ability to live stream is a lifesaver! All of The Montana Method classes are live streamed 21 times a week and counting. All access to our live stream classes is just $10/week; or purchase a single class for $18 or a five-pack for $75. And Montana Method studio members receive our FREE LIVE STREAM classes along with their studio membership.

  • Before attending our group fitness classes in Delray Beach, make a note of the week’s theme for class. Every week The Montana Method focuses on a different fitness theme. Recent themes have been rotation, opposition, and extension, incorporated into a series of unique moves that are repeated throughout the week. These are custom compound moves and some are a little— kooky! If you do 3-4 classes every week, what seems weird on Sunday will be flowing by Friday. The week’s themes are announced in class and also in our weekly email newsletter, as well as Instagram. 

  • Choose a rest and/or fresh-air day. Personally I like to do The Montana Method 5 times a week, then rest one day, then take a day to walk/swim/lose to my son at soccer :) 

Let’s be real. We all veer off course from time to time, and it can seem hard to get back on track, but once you do, you know it feels good to be consistent. 

I honestly feel my best when I am consistent with many things in my life, but especially my workouts. That’s why I created my own method to share with you :)
